Language Training Program
Your company training needs and objectives are analyzed to get good results. That includes a placement test in order to determine attendees' previous knowledge.
From the very beginning, communicative situations are part of the English lessons, since such situations facilitate the language acquisition in a motivating, appealing and active way.
ESP (English for Specific Purposes) programs are offered. People are trained to make presentations and teleconferences.
The language training programs are designed together with the Human Resources Department. Assessments to measure the learning process are carried out in order to meet the company's needs. Attendees' reports are presented to human resources' department regularly.
Satisfaction surveys are carried out during the different stages of the training process. Each attendee's experience information is collected. On the other hand, classes are seen by the coordinator and teachers receive a feedback. Team work is the way to achieve goals.
